Chocolate Glazed Wet Cake

Ingredients
For the Cake:
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tea glass (approx. 100ml) semolina
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
Chocolate Sauce Dry Mix (Base):
6 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons wheat starch
For the Sauce Finalization & Garnish:
1 cup milk
1.5 tablespoons of the dry mix (above)
1.5 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon mandarin-infused olive oil
Garnish: Ground pistachios
👨🍳 Instructions
Prepare the Batter: Place all cake ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
Baking: Pour the batter into a greased square baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (345°F) for about 40 minutes (perform a toothpick test).
Prepare the Sauce: Mix the dry sauce ingredients in a jar. Take 1.5 tablespoons of this mixture and combine it with 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
The Secret Twist: Once the sauce is thick, remove from heat. Add the dark chocolate chips and the mandarin olive oil. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
Service: Let the cake cool down, then slice into squares. Pour the warm chocolate sauce over the slices. Top with plenty of pistachios before serving.
