Crustless Cabbage Pie with Minced Meat

Ingredients
For the Cabbage Base:
1/2 medium cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Minced Meat Filling:
250g minced meat (ground beef)
1 onion (finely chopped)
Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (to taste)
For the Sauce:
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1.5 cups milk
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare the Cabbage: Finely chop the cabbage leaves. Sauté them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until they are soft and tender (alternatively, you can boil them until soft).
Prepare the Filling: In a separate pan, sauté the minced meat and chopped onion. Add your spices and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Assemble: Spread half of the sautéed cabbage into a greased baking dish. Distribute the minced meat filling evenly on top. Cover with the remaining cabbage.
Bake: Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (approx. 350°F) until the top turns a beautiful golden brown.
